Arun Service Changes - Starting 1st February 2026
Customers are requested to note that from 1st February 2026 Arun District Council are the provider of your Green Waste Collection Service with Biffa acting as the subcontractor for the subscription and collection services.
You will see little change in how the service is provided to you, with the exception that in the event of a missed collection only, from 1st February 2026 can report a missed bin here
