Tandridge District Council’s Garden Waste Service provides a convenient fortnightly collection for residents across the Tandridge district. Working in partnership with the Council, we serve thousands of customers every week.
Changes to the Garden Waste Service
Tandridge District Council is taking over the administration of the Garden Waste Service. Biffa will still collect the bins, but we will no longer handle the administration.
What do I need to do
The Council will contact existing subscribers when their garden waste subscription is due for renewal to explain how to renew using the new system.
Changes to the way you pay
When you renew directly with the Council, you will need to pay in advance by debit or credit card. Direct debit is no longer available.
Reporting issues
If your garden waste bin has been missed, please check if there is a delay to the service.
- Once you have renewed with the Council, report any issues with your collection using your MyTandridge account. For all other subscription enquiries including requesting a replacement bin and moving within the district, call Tandridge District Council Customer Services on 01883 722000.
