Arun Customers Only: As of 1st February 2026, Arun District Council will be directly responsible for all missed bin reporting.
Please read the latest update under "Service Updates"

Due to staff shortages, we have had to suspend garden waste collections across Tandridge from Tuesday 12 to Friday 15 May. and again from Tuesday 19th May until Friday 22nd May. Disruption is also likely to continue into the following week, please check back for updates.

If your collection is affected, you can put out up to three black sacks of garden waste per brown bin at your next scheduled collection. Sacks should be a similar size to standard rubbish sacks and left untied, so crews can see they contain garden waste and not general rubbish

Please note:

  • Residents will need to provide their own sacks.
  • Any sacks or reusable bags put out with garden waste will not be returned after collection.

Alternatively, you can also take your garden waste to the Community Recycling Centres at Warlingham, Caterham and Earlswood.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working closely with Tandridge District Council to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Full details on what to expect when collections are affected are in the garden waste service terms and conditions on Tandridge District Council’s website.
