Tandridge Service Changes

Tandridge District Council is taking over the administration of the Garden Waste Service from 20th May 2026. Biffa will still collect the bins, but we will no longer handle the admin. 

What do you need to do 

Tandridge will contact existing subscribers when their garden waste subscription is due for renewal to explain how to renew using the new system. 

Changes to the way you pay 

When you renew directly with Tandridge, you will need to pay in advance by debit or credit card. Direct debit will no longer be available.
